At Seager, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of the original delivery date, provided items are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
